Rio Concho Terrace is part of the Rio Concho Inc. Not For Profit, Senior Housing Communities. Our charter is to provide the very best Studio/Apartment style housing and services to residents age 62 or older, at the most reasonable rates you can find anywhere.

Our three story facility was constructed with the safety and needs of our residents in mind. It was funded entirely through the generous donations of local contributors with the vision for affordable quality housing.

However, the "Terrace Experience" is much more than a beautiful facility and low rates... it's about independent living with dignity, security, relationships with others with like interests, or personal quiet time if you choose. To assist our residents, we have a caring staff providing quality services with respect and experience we all want, and they deserve.

Our terrace family enjoys a wide variety of services designed to provide a secure and carefree life-style. From our highly rated services such as: three meals a day, housekeeping, transportation and maintenance, to our 24 hour staffing, each of our residents soon discovers how enjoyable their days can be as we meet their day-to-day needs.
