Offering private apartments in a secure environment. Rio Concho Terrace provides three meals a day, transportation to shopping and medical appointments, a beauty/barber shop, and planned activities. Weekly linen and maid service, individual floor lounge areas, a recreation room, security service, and 24-hour staffing are also provided.

All apartment and common areas are handicapped accessible and feature individual heating and cooling controls and a 24-hour emergency call system.

Terrace residents must be age 62 or higher and capable of independent living.


Terrace residents enjoy a living room with bar sink and refrigerator/freezer, ADA walk-in showers with safety rails, and a comfortable bedroom with emergency cord.
