The Rio Concho Patio Homes offers residents a high-quality, independent lifestyle without the burdens of home ownership. The Rio Concho Patio Homes campus includes 61 patio homes and a recreational facility, plus nearby access to friends and facilities at Rio Concho Manor and Rio Concho Terrace.

Each two-bedroom, two-bath patio home has 1,150 or more square feet of living space with washer/dryer connections, kitchen appliances including garbage disposals and dish washers, five closets, attic storage, a ceiling fan in the living room area, a skylight in the kitchen, emergency lights, single carport, fully landscaped lawns, flowerbeds, and an individual patio.

Residents purchase a lifetime lease for their home and pay a monthly service fee which provides for all building and grounds maintenance, insurance, management and recreational facility costs, water and sewer, basic television cable service, and exterior security patrol fees.

Residents are responsible for their own gas, electricity, telephone, home property taxes, and personal property insurance costs.

Patio Home residents are welcome at any activities scheduled at the other Rio Concho Community locations, as well as dining at Rio Concho Terrace or the Candlelight Dining Room at Rio Concho Manor.
